 General Sales Conditions

Departure times can vary up to 15 minutes. 4 roues sous 1 parapluie has the right to change or cancel any services without notice if lack of comfort or security for the passengers was to occur.

4 roues sous 1 parapluie cannot be held responsible for the following: Traffic-jam, delay, irregularity, strikes, Bad weather, loss or theft of personal objects. When a tour is interrupted by the clients demand, the client will not be entitled to any reimbursement. 

Any demand must be sent within 30 days following the service. 

4 roues sous 1 parapluie guarantee its price policy till March the 31st of 2012.

Cancelation terms and agreement

Reservations up to 3 cars :

• Cancelation 72 hours prior to the due date, Full refund of your deposit (minus occasional bank fees)
• Cancelation between 72 and 24 hours prior to the due date, 50%refund of your deposit ( minus occasional bank fees)
• Cancelation less than 24 hours prior to the due date, no refunds

Reservations for more than 3 cars :

• Cancelation 30 days prior to the due date, full refund of your deposit (minus occasional bank fees)
• Cancelation between 30 days and 72 hours prior to the due date, 50% refund of your deposit ( minus occasional bank fees)
• Cancelation Less than 72 hours prior to the due date, no refunds
